Brand new logo design

A local janitor firm run by a local handyman specializing in maintaining corporate buildings needed a new logo, and contactet my company. His only requirement was to include some green color into the logo, but besides this he gave me a lot of creative freedom. To create a sense of security and reliability I used a heavy font in dark grey. I also wanted a strong symbol he could use, and used a roof symbol to demonstrate that he takes care of your commercial building and everything in it. He liked it and wrapped his car with the design and ordered some business cards as well.
